Menu Integration: Updated the admin navigation menu to display separate links for both the Tax Report and the GST Report under the Monthly Register section. Permission Registration: Manually registered the new catalog/taxreport route in the User Permission controller and User Group model to ensure it can be managed and assigned to admin users. Export & Email Updates: Verified and updated the export (HTML/Excel) and email (PDF) logic for both modules to ensure correct filenames and headings.

Added an isEscRefreshing guard flag to prevent "mashing" the key from triggering multiple reloads. Used location.href navigation to ensure the page always reloads cleanly.

Parcel Detail Keyboard Shortcuts The Goal: Allow closing the Parcel Detail popup using the keyboard (Ctrl + C or F1). The Fix: Injected keyboard listeners directly into the popup's iframe page (customer_form.tpl). This ensures the shortcut works 100% of the time, even if the user is currently typing inside a field in the popup.
